What are the participating products in the Moov Stuck on You promotion?

To enter the promotion, consumers must purchase any two (2) MOOV Head Lice products in a single transaction.
The products are:

MOOV Head Lice Combing Conditioner  (200mL)
MOOV Head Lice Defence Spray (120mL)
MOOV Head Lice Sensitive (200mL)
MOOV Head Lice Shampoo (200mL)

What will I receive?

Each valid claim will receive a $20 Stuck on You giftcard code via email that can be spent at Stuckonyou.com.au

When can I make a claim?

The promotion’s purchase period commences at 12:01am AEDT on 11/01/2021 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/03/2021. You can still lodge a claim up to 11:59pm AEST on 7/04/2021.

How many times can I claim a Cashback?

There is a limit of 1 claim per household in the promotion. 

What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?

You must provide an itemised purchase receipt. The receipt must clearly show the participating products purchased, the store where the products were purchased and the date and time the purchase was made.

How will I receive my Voucher?

You will receive your Stuck on You voucher via email once your claim has been validated.

How long will it take to receive my Voucher?

Once you have submitted your claim it will be validated within 2 business days, and you will receive your voucher within 24 hours after that.
